A note on Electric Bike Servicing

We are trained and certified to troubleshoot electrical issues and replace components on all the brands of bikes we sell. Bikes by Norco, Giant, Kona, Specialized, Benno, Yuba and Cube use industry leading battery and motor manufacturers.

We do not work on direct to consumer brands electrical systems as we have no replacement parts or brand support. We do repair the mechanical parts of these bikes; however, cargo bikes and hub motor bikes are simply more cumbersome and take more time to repair than normal bikes so we do have an additional charge for servicing these bikes. Our insurance requirements also require that these bikes batteries are not left with the bike during repair.
