WARRANTY POLICY

We understand how frustrating it can be when you purchase something that has a manufacturing defect or doesn’t work as intended. Our goal is to get you back out on your gear as soon as possible; however, the decision on what is covered under warranty is decided by the manufacturer. 

All warranty claims successful or not will be subject to a minimum $50 processing fee. This covers our staffs time dealing with the manufacturer and getting product credits. If the product has been purchased from us and no shipping is involved, we may waive the processing fee. Larger items may have a larger fee due to shipping.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To start any warranty claim, we need your proof of purchase or receipt.

Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original part. 

Costs incurred as a result of loss of use as well as shipping and labour charges or not covered.

If a repair or replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal value.
