The Madshus Propulsion double-pole ski stands at the forefront of a new paradigm in ski racing; accelerating faster and maintaining a higher top speed than any previous model. 3D MOMENTUM GEOMETRY: A traditional classic ski is designed to combine kick, glide and good striding. Propulsion is designed to maintain speed/glide without ever stopping the ski for a kick.

PROPULSION CAMBER: The flex is slightly stiffer than a traditional classic ski to be more stable and maintain the optimized pressure points. Compared to a traditional
classic ski, accurate flex will not affect the properties and the selection of skis in the same way. However we propose a slightly stiffer flex for a more stable platform.

STRESS TIP: Reduces the overall weight of the ski to save energy and facilitate maneuverability in the field.

The Madshus Propulsion Plus & Cold geometries are designed to maintain momentum and speed in the track. Madshus Propulsion skis are built to perform over longer distances and in a wide range of conditions. Madshus Propulsion Plus & Cold skis each respectively come with the Madshus P200 Nano Plus base, a Propulsion camber and tip splay for short to medium contact areas, optimized for universal and warmer snow conditions. Madshus Propulsion Cold skis come with the Madshus P200 Nano Cold base, a Propulsion camber and tip splay for medium to long contact areas, optimized for universal and cold snow conditions.
